You may receive a call from the CYL program coordinator for further clarification and/or acceptance into the program. If you do not receive a call within 30 days of submission you may not be an ideal fit for the program or you may be considered for selection in the next term (terms every 8 month beginning on April 1st of every year). Space is limited please check website for application deadlines.

As a condition of your participation in the Cattlemen’s Young Leaders (CYL) Development Program you will be required to sign a Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement. The purpose of this release is to protect the CCA and the volunteer mentors from any liability for loss or damage you may sustain by reason of participating in the Program. A copy of the Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement will be included in the Program documentation for you to review, sign and return to CCA prior to the start of your participation in the Program. If you would like to obtain a copy of the release and waiver prior to submitting your application please contact Fawn Jackson at jacksonf@cattle.ca.
